Upon intake, I received care second to none. I have transferred though 3 clinics over the last 8 years and this is by far the best one. They treat you like a person with a name, not a number. Having experienced 3 other clinics over the years, I know what good care is and this is the “real deal” folks. Thank you Southwest and to all your staff, you are the best! Tim Ferguson

Basically, this is a money-chase game. Money above anything or anyone else; don't be fooled by the charade. I really see it for what it is, gang. I submitted admission paperwork, and haven't been contacted; this was weeks ago!!! There's NOT ENOUGH "counselors" that can handle the caseload. Burnt-out counselors mean POOR QUALITY HELP(DUH!!). It's best to look elsewhere for QUALITY COUNSELING as I intend to---A. S. A. P.!!

Hey if it wasn't for this place and all the friendly counselors= and employees you know I seriously don't think I'd be alive. this place has helped me in all the areas of my life. from family relationships and my general health That I never took care of before. I can finally say that I make schedules and keep them vs.not at all.EVER. pls have new found friends and family that I had previously cut out...THANK YOU TO SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL FOR SAVING MY LIFE.
