I'm writing this for my husband, Richard, who is going for physical therapy for a knee replacement. The staff and therapists are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I went into ER for a lovely kidney stone. The worst one I've ever had(and I've had way too many to count). Sat in ER for about 2.5hours. The staff was polite but were very open with their "private conversations." There's really no privacy anywhere in the ER. The communication between nurse/doc to patient isn't the best unless you approach them. When they did call me back there was a big mishap and it was just out in the open. Then they had no beds and had everyone sitting in chairs in a line against a wall in a busy hallway. Super private there. When I did get a "room" bed with curtain, curtain remained open while asking questions....Then I heard another patient needed to be moved so the came and moved me. Didn't say what was going on or where I was being moved to 🤦‍♀️. I didn't bother asking since I heard everything going on at nurses station. The next area was...I don't even know. It was a room full of chairs with curtains. It reminded me of when my mom received her chemo treatments. That room was the worst. Once you were there it was the land of the forgotten. You had to ask all the questions, and nurses were still polite though. Once I got upstairs to my room everyone there were SUPER nice. They all went out of their way, made sure I was good, and let me sleep. Overall the ER kinda sucks-staff is nice and polite but not super professional. And no privacy.

I have had physical therapy previously so was aware of the process. Although my necessity for it this time was not dire , it was required in my treatment process . I was pleased to find that this location was so close to my physicians office . It was easy to find . I appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment. As usual the first visit is an evaluation by the licensed therapist. She was very personable and professional. She did not rush and thoroughly explained the process. She was also mentoring a PT student during this. Both of them worked on me in subsequent visits. When after a few visits I had achieved goals they could reasonably expect me to meet, they released me and referred me on for further orthopedic attention. I appreciated them not dragging out the PT when no longer beneficial. The facility was small but functional so not overwhelming. I would recommend them highly.

Where to start.... just over 3 weeks ago we delivered our beautiful rainbow baby at this hospital. This was our second delivery here, and both times it wasn’t PHENOMENAL! We had a difficult end of the pregnancy this time, which lead to lots of ER trips and triage trips. Both in which every time, exceeded our expectations. The nurses and doctors listend and showed that they cared. When it came to the delivery of the last, Dr.Fadool, the nursing team, and anesthesiologists did anything and everything to make sure we were comfortable (repeat c section) The recovery was just as perfect as everything else. They continually checked on both the baby and I, the nurse who cared for us the night of delivery (she never left my side) even came to tell us bye. I could go on and on about the OB dept. but I’ll sum it up with this, this was baby number 4, 2 different hospitals, and this BY FAR was the greatest.

The initial exam was very thorough and he explained everything that was going to happen and how long it would take. They schedule everything in advance so you know just when you are going to be there. I don't think I waited more than a minute or two for my appointment which made me very happy. All in all a very good experience.

I can't say enough about this facility. I was air flighted to this hospital and I was told later on I was hours away from death. These great people took great care of me and never gave up on figuring out what was going on. The doctor assigned to me had a idea of what was wrong and I was transferred to St Joseph's to there pulmonary specialist. They people at Banner are professionals and also care about their patients. I am so grateful for the care I received. Great place.

I was admitted in June for sepsis and was there for 5 days. Excellent care the whole time. However, now I need to have some procedures done, and they want around $2600 up front that I do not have and won't do payments with me, so I have the procedure scheduled at another hospital. Very hard to work with when you need to get a payment schedule going on.

Just changed to Banner for physical therapy on my fractured hip and was very pleased with the way they handled me from start to finish. M as rissa spent over an hour going over all the exercises and made sure I had ice at the end. I would recommend them highly.

I went to the ER for a serious problem, the care was very good, and they got an appropriate specialist to do a procedure within hours. I spent the night in the "observation" ward, doing reasonably well, except that the person who stabilized my catheter needs more training. That was the worst part of the visit, and once the catheter was fixed I recovered quickly. About 24 hours after the procedure they released me, and I eventually walked out since the "transportation" person seemed unavailable. Thus, 4 out of 5 stars, certainly could have been much worse.

My wife, Judith is a patient. Her PT Anna Mosley is so kind to her and I can see great improvement in a very short time. The facility is right next door to the doctor in the Banner Del Webb center and it is so close.

I love this place! The PTs and techs are professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and treat me like a valued person. they are truly anxious to make me better! This is my second experience with them. I had a partial knee replacement 2 years ago and now I have a shoulder issue. I know I will be feeling better soon because of the caring of these people.

Last night my daughter (4 yrs old) was stung by a scorpion several times in the foot and we took her to Banner Del E Webb Emergency Room. When we arrived there her symptoms were becoming very severe and the nurses and doctor were amazing! They treated her with the absolute best care and did everything they could to explain to us exactly what was happening to her and how they were treating her. We had about 8 nurses in the room treating her at one point, each of them totally dedicated to helping our little girl. I wish I knew each of their names so I could have personally thanked them! Nurse Tony was exceptional in his care during and after the chaos was over, and Dr. Mastow was amazing and very personable as well. I simply can’t say enough for how great the staff was here!

Labor & Delivery Review - I gave birth to my son here February 2017 with a midwife practice. The nurses in L&D were phenomenal and very patient and encouraging. I was in labor here for 42 hours before my son was born and never felt rushed or pressured. I feel like if I had delivered anywhere else I would have ended up with a c-section. But instead I got the pain med free birth I’d hoped for! My son also had to spend a night in the nursery for jaundice and those nurses also did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable leaving my brand new baby with them and keeping me informed about everything that was happening with him. Can’t recommend enough!

Labor & delivery at Banner Del E Webb is amazing! I had such a wonderful experience, I had a great nurse that was by my side throughout my labor. The reason why I’m giving a 3 star review is because we had a bad experience with the lactation center. My husband called in about an issue that we had and he spoke to the manager “Gina Herrera”. As my husband was trying to explain the issue Gina kept speaking over him and being very aggressive, at some point during the phone call she hung up on him in the middle of him speaking. That’s was rude and very unprofessional of her. We won’t be dealing with the lactation center anymore.

I’ve always received excellent care here (two hospitalizations and an out patient surgery). The nurses are friendly and as attentive as they can be. You may be sick, but that doesn’t make you the top priority. My feeling is that sick people are in a bad mood and write bad reviews because they feel bad. Not because the care was bad. I also say that if you are courteous and polite they’ll treat you better than someone who has a bad attitude. They are people after all... Also, there’s a serious misconception that a hospital is a country club or a hotel. You go there to be treatment, not to be served.

Excellent first class medical facility. Great staff who are always helpful and explain things thoroughly in simple English. Many languages catered for...see photo. Extremely clean and excellent service. Good parking and near sun city.

I was admitted to have my appendix removed. Everyone was so nice and I was really well taken care of. It all went very quickly, the nurse Ryan was wonderful as well as Josie. My O.R. staff was just amazing. I feel very lucky and thankfully. Would definitely go to this hospital again.

Amazing personal attention. With hundreds of other patients there the staff was still able to give me the personal attention that was beyond my expectations. Each interaction was truly genuine. Thanks to: Sara Maggie Dr.Mostow Ira for making my visit as best as possible

The professionalism on display at Banner Del Webb is wonderful. Recently I had a foot surgery and although I am still experiencing the post surgery pain and miseries, there is no doubt in my mind that I had the best of everything before, during and after the procedure. When we are sick and hurting we are seeking help and relief. I assume some of the reviews here are due to the lack of good results, but it appears to me that they do what is humanly possible to care for us. It may turn out that my surgery disappoints but that doesn't diminish my appreciation for the efforts, thoughtfulness and caring that I received throughout my experience. I certainly feel that I got the best medicine and care available. For that I am grateful. Thanks to all of you, both at the forefront and behind the scenes.

I had extensive reconstruction surgeries 5+ times, The staff at Del Webb had cared for me on multiple occasions and I had the honor to get to know these Doctors and nurses, just a great bunch of individuals that have a true compassion for the people they are caring for. Never a want and if needed, it was a push of the button away. I was in extreme pain, and the staff helped to keep me very comfortable, despite the situation. Thanks again.F.Y.I I have MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY.

I don't understand these other reviews because this hospital and the staff in the Critical Care Unit have been nothing less than phenomenal. To the nurses there (Sadaf, Rick and Kristen most of all) THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO. My grandmother has been in the ICU for the past week and has received the best care from everyone. I wish I knew the physicians names on her case but I've met so many doctors and nurses, it has been so hard for me to remember them all. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of my grandmother, answering any and all questions (and we've had a lot) everyone in our family has had and for your professional and compassionate bed side manner. I feel at ease with this hospital taking care of her.

Let me start by saying...DO NOT USE THE MOM365 PHOTOGRAPHER WHEN YOU HAVE A BABY HERE!!!!!!! They will come to your room either the day of or morning after you have a baby and you feel bad and do the photo shoot because it's what all new parents do ("don't worry", they say, "you don't have to buy anything"), right...WRONG! The photo quality is horrible and the pricing is insane! They charged me $90 for a 5 photo flip book. I bought it thinking it would be cheap and whatever, she swiped my card and I looked at the bill too late. (no new mom thinks straight). They did no retouching at all! The pics look like something I would do with a digital camera from the 2000s. I highly doubt the photographer was even a professionally trained one. You are better off having your hubby do a photoshoot with his iphone and a blanket you bring with you. I am giving 5 stars because I had my baby here, the stay was amazing, food was surprisingly great and the nurses were so attentive and caring. I felt very taken care of and safe.

I give 4 stars because of the volunteers. They are great. Have been there several times including the ER. After some waiting in ER, I was examined and underwent imaging and other tests and promptly treated. Good folk.

My husband had to get a biopsy done at the hospital. The staff at the medical imagining department was awesome. From the Dr.(Sid) to the x-ray tech they were all great. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of my husband.

Pulled up to the ER door and ran in an told security that I needed help getting my boyfriend out of the car, he was screaming in pain. The security person stood there staring at me and said "how did you get him in the car?" I said "now tell me what difference does that make, I cant get him out because he is in so much pain." Finally he got someone to come out and help. The triage nurses were no better. Extremely rude to both me and him. I do have say that once out of the triage and waiting room area the PA and the nurse back in the treatment area were wonderful and could not do enough. Have been to that ER before and it was nice and clean an professional. It is not like that now.. The black security box and the check in desk with the homemade signs looks really ghetto.

Emergency room experience was as good as it could be considering the circumstances. Hospital stay was just as good. The staff were great.

I had my first surgery here and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They knew I was nervous and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and let me know what we were doing, step by step. My nurse Sarah was so sweet and comforting, never left my side. My anesthesiologist, Kendra, was kind and made me laugh and assured me everything was going to be alright. Dr. Ballesteros was wonderful and has called me multiple times to follow up with me and see how my recovery is going. I would recommend this hospital to all friends and family.

This is my sons second visit coming in, coma, very critical. Both time I found the nurses extremely helpful pleasant and calm. The doctors were always available to answer our questions. Last time I was a crazy mother and a bit loud and obnoxious. Yet the nurses always smiled and tried to help. Very calming. We are out of state and will be at the hospital shortly. The doctors and nurses have kept us update timely. I think Banner is excellent.
